You are invited to our annual yoga class fundraiser for our food pantry, taught by Romee May and hosted in collaboration with Crow Point Yoga and the Boothbay Region YMCA. The class will be offered via Zoom and everyone is welcome to join the fun! Romee will guide you through a yoga session to stretch out and move your body so you can release tension and feel rejuvenated. She will also add a short meditation to help you focus the mind and feel centered and relaxed. Please work at your own ability level. Take this opportunity to give thanks, give to our community and support families in need. All proceeds will go to our Boothbay Region Food Pantry. The class will be held on Thursday, Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 26 from 9 to 10:15 a.m. via Zoom. The Zoom link invitation will be posted at www.crowpointyoga.com and www.yogafirmstudio.com or call the Boothbay Region YMCA at 633-2855.
Please send your donations via PayPal to [email protected] or VENMO to Romee May or mail a check to the YMCA. Checks must be addressed to the Boothbay Region Food Pantry; 100% of your generous donations will be given to our food pantry.
