The healing circle is a twice-monthly small-group Zoom yoga session designed to help survivors healing from abuse, assault, grief, and trauma of any kind.
The focus is on reconnecting with the body in a meaningful way. Learn how to be present in the moment and in yourself through comfortable, gentle methods of yoga, movement, mantra, and meditation. Delight in community with other survivors and begin to reclaim your inner power!

Julie is a certified trauma-informed yoga and meditation teacher, writer, and women’s advocate. She specializes in facilitating healing for survivors of sexual assault and abuse.
