This 75-minute class on Zoom will include a centering, pranayama (breathing), asana (poses), shavasana (relaxation), and a short meditation, and will leave you feeling stronger, calmer, and more flexible—both on and off the mat. Suitable for all levels.
About me: I am a 500-hour certified Kripalu Yoga instructor with over 15 years of teaching experience. Following a year-long immersion into yoga as a Seva (selfless service) volunteer, I taught guest yoga at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Heath in the Berkshires of western Massachusetts from 2005 to 2013 and taught for the City of Boulder from 2009 through March 2020. In 2017 I journeyed to the birthplace of Swami Kripalu in India to deepen my understanding of the Kripalu lineage—known as the Yoga of Compassion. I also have a private MT/PT practice in South Boulder.
