90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? star Jenn shows off a leaner look and says that she’s “eating REAL food.” A fan asks, “peasant food diet?”
Star on 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? Elizabeth Potthast Castravet’s sister, Jennifer Davis, recently featured a toned and firmer body on her Instagram. She made a few changes in her diet and is now eating the “REAL food.” Obviously, her IG followers had to ask her if she’s off the “peasant food.“
Jennifer has been an important part of Elizabeth and Andrei’s love story, especially when the whole second wedding fiasco unfolded. 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? viewers would remember that as soon as Libby’s sister reached Moldova, she didn’t waste a single second and began bad-mouthing the country. She threw shade by saying “wished she was in France” and then asked her brother-in-law if people in his country get “depressed” because she found the place pretty “gloomy.” The TLC star attracted more hatred from the 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? fans when she got together with his American family and criticized the Moldovan cuisines. She told her family members that she would lose weight because she can’t eat Moldovan “sh*t” food. The reality star also called the food “disgusting” and wondered if Moldovan natives eat the scraps of pork fat because it’s “cheap.” And then her father, father, Chuck Potthast, chimed in, “It’s peasant food.”

March 2020 vs October 2020 …….. It’s nice having photos to compare side by side of your progress. Sometimes it’s hard to notice a difference unless you are constantly stepping on a scale, or taking measurements of yourself which I don’t do. Why put the added pressure there? You’re not going to see the numbers you are hoping for right away, or even weekly, monthly, etc. However, just keep going! I judge my progress by how I feel, look, how my clothes fit, etc. 🖕🏼 the scale! Obvi, it’s good to check in every now and then to keep yourself accountable, but it shouldn’t be the end all be all. Numbers can lie, but how you feel/look doesn’t! I just decided to start eating REAL food and not processed, garbage food that holds no nutritional value nor does anything for your overall health. I decided to eat whole foods. Anything that comes from the earth, that’s what I eat. I don’t count calories, I don’t keep logs of what I eat, I don’t count macros, etc. I just make smart decisions with what I put in my body. I also LOVE working out and always have. I could workout everyday honestly. That’s just me. But I force myself to take one day off a week. Working out was never the issue for me. It was my diet. I love food, not gonna lie. But you can still love food of all kinds, and still choose healthier options. I love challenging myself in the gym, and seeing how far I can push my body to get the results that I want. What you eat, helps keep your body in check, but what you do in the gym determines the type of body you want. You can build a booty, you can sculpt your legs, arms, back, etc. You can really create the shape that you want. That’s the beauty of it! Not to mention, it’s such a great release and you feel so much better after a good workout! Get your mind AND body right. It’s not always easy, and I do treat myself every now and then bc why not?! That’s life. It’s a balance. But as long as you stay the course and choose to change your lifestyle of daily crappy eating habits, and exercise, you will see and feel the difference! Trust! Anyway, I’m done rambling. Wanted to post this on my feed for those asking questions about what I eat, exercise, etc. Xoxo 🤍
Some 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? fans couldn’t help but relate her diet to the rude and ignorant comments she made about Moldovan food. They wondered if she’s cutting off “peasant food” to keep up with her new regime. One of her IG followers sarcastically wrote, “the weight loss must be from the starvation from your visit to Moldova.” A fan probed, Real food = peasant food?” Jenn responded, “those comedic skills tho.” Another critic asked if she’s on a “peasant food diet?” Jenn said, “duh! Only the best.“
Elizabeth Castravet’s sibling Jenn didn’t specify what kind of diet she’s on, but she did say that she has been eating “anything that comes from the earth.” While maintaining a healthy and balanced diet, she also loves “working out and always have.” She likes to “workout everyday,” and she has to force herself to take a day off in a week. She added, “Working out was never the issue for me. It was my diet. I love food, not gonna lie.” Well, it seems like she has achieved mind-blowing results in just a matter of a few months. Still, some 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? fanatics are speculating if she is toning and tightening her body for a potential TLC spin-off?
