Nurture yourself every Thursday with Gentle Kripalu Yoga Zoom classes. 4 to 5:15 MST (6pm EST, 5 pm CST, 3 pm PT). Next class is Thursday October 15.
This 75-minute class will include a centering, pranayama (breathing), asana (poses), shavasana (relaxation), and a short meditation, and will leave you feeling stronger, more open, and more relaxed. Suitable for all levels.

About me: I am a 500-hour certified Kripalu Yoga instructor (the Yoga of Compassion, also known as Meditation-in-Motion) with over 15 years of teaching experience. I also hold a master’s in physical therapy from Hahnemann University (now Drexel). After living and studying during a year long seva (selfless service) program at the nation’s largest and most established center for yoga and holistic living, I taught guest yoga at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Heath in the Berkshires of western Massachusetts from 2005 to 2013 and taught for the City of Boulder from 2009 to 2020, when classes were stopped due to the pandemic.
