I didn’t step into the gym at all during my weight loss journey. I did all my work out within the comfort of my hostel room. Each of my workout session burned 800 kcal roughly. How do you ensure you don’t lose focus? Knowing that I should treat myself with love and respect doesn’t allow me to let my body, mind and soul go through any sort of stress–be it unhealthy food or unwanted worries.
