Nurture yourself every Thursday with Gentle Kripalu Yoga Zoom classes. 4 to 5:15 MST (6pm EST, 5 pm CST, 3 pm PT). Next class is Thursday October 8.
This 75-minute class will include a centering, pranayama (breathing), asana (poses), shavasana (relaxation), and a short meditation, and will leave you feeling stronger, more open, and more relaxed, perhaps even touching into that bliss center that resides within. Suitable for all levels.
Click this link to register. Class fee is just $12 and I accept checks and credit cards (I also work with individuals on pricing).
I appreciate your sharing this with your yogi and yogini friends.
